Latency profiles
Choose how far away your broker is — and how much every order costs in time.
Every order you send draws a latency before it reaches the (simulated) exchange. The profile decides the distribution.

Cancels draw their own latency too, so a cancel can lose the race to a fill — the submit → evaluation gap in every fill diagnostic is this draw.
Draws are seeded per session, so replaying the same day gives the same latencies.
